Mystic Oracle is a digital tarot reading application that provides computer-generated and AI-generated interpretations of tarot cards.
The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. The information, including any guidance or interpretations, is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not rely on the Service as a basis for making any decisions.
To access certain features, such as saving your reading history or using premium spreads, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The "Mystic Oracle's Guidance" feature uses generative AI to provide interpretations. This content is generated based on algorithms and data patterns. While we strive for insightful results, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, relevance, or quality of the AI-generated content. You acknowledge that these interpretations are subjective and should be viewed as a creative tool for reflection.
Certain features of the Service may be offered under a subscription plan ("Premium Features"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions are for your personal use only and cannot be shared.
The Service and its original content (excluding your personal data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mystic Oracle and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your profile page.
In no event shall Mystic Oracle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
